The action follows the dynamics and heartbreak of the movie making process while meandering and negotiating the wealth, color and desperate underbelly that is day-to-day L.A. life. It's pretty much sparkle and shine “business as usual” until a dusty, almost forgotten LAPD cold case homicide begins to surface and show its gritty teeth.
